Concord Woman Arrested On Threat With Weapons Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Stephen G. Olivo, 61, of Limestone, Maine, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on April 9, 2021, on two felony duty to report charges. He is a sex offender due to a rape conviction out of Hillsborough County in 1990.

Kerry Whittier, 58, of Concord was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on April 8 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident at the Residence Inn on Hall Street. He pleaded guilty to a felony criminal mischief, which was dropped down from a burglary charge, out of Dunbarton in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2020,

Lindsey R. Flanders, 37, of Concord was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on April 5 on criminal mischief and two possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident on Rosemary Court. She is due in superior court for an arraignment on June 3. Flanders also faces four felony counts of controlled drug: acts prohibited charges out of Epsom from June 2020, in superior court.

Donald Mays Kjornes, 50, of Central Street in Winchendon, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on March 29 on violation of restraining order and stalking charges. At around 12:30 p.m. on March 28, police took a report from a woman who accused Kjornes of violating a protective order. The woman reported another family member had received a text message from Kjornes accusing her of not abiding by a court order, the affidavit stated. While speaking with police, the woman accused Kjornes of emailing her, the report stated. The officer then met with the woman, eyed the emails, and took a statement. The officer then looked at the order, which was issued on March 17. The emails, according to police, came from Kjornes' employment account. The officer called Kjornes and asked why he was texting the woman when he knew he was not supposed to be. "Donald said, 'I haven't texted her in months; I send emails now," the affidavit stated. When told he was not supposed to email her, as stated in the order, he asked how he was supposed to interact with her about family issues, the report stated. An affidavit was issued against Kjornes and he was arrested the next day.

John Lee Taylor, born 1992, of Concord received a summons at 4:10 p.m. on March 29 on a bench warrant after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.

Leah Marie Jameson, 22, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on March 28 on five bench warrants and five warrants after an incident at Garvins Falls Road. She failed to appear in court on March 24. Jameson pleaded guilty to felony controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept and operating without a value license charges on March 31. She has active drug cases out of Belmont and Gilford that are still active.

Isaiah James Bullock, 22, of Concord was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on March 27 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on South State Street. He has an active stolen firearm case out of Concord in superior court.

Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on March 22 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Green Street.

Patrick Stephen Walsh, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on March 27 on littering, possession of alcoholic beverage on public property, and designated tobacco non-use area charges after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. He was also arrested again at 12:40 p.m. on April 4 on a bench warrant at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road.

Jeremy Roye Winslow, 36, of Manchester was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on March 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge as well as a bench warrant after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Frank Llama III, born 1968, of Candia was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on March 22 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges as well as a warrant after an incident at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Manchester Street.

Brandon S. Mancini, 30, of Concord was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on March 21 on a bench warrant after an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street. He was accused of failing to appear in court on a violation of a court order hearing after being convicted on two felony theft charges out of Loudon in November 2019.

Desiree C. Kenyon, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on March 21 on a felony theft charge, due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Emma B. Parsons, 28, of Concord was arrested at 8:11 a.m. on March 21 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on South State Street as well as disorderly conduct, two criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges after an incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road. She is due back in court on May 27 for an arraignment.
