We had a great chat about the upcoming 8th annual Concord Multicultural Festival, coming up this Saturday, September 28th from 3-7 on the State House Plaza. Jessica is this year's organizer and after talking with her, it's clear the Festival is in very capable hands. In typical fashion, Jessica also credits a great support team for their efforts.
