CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task is asking for the public’s help finding a New Hampshire man with active warrants and a long criminal history.

David Carlton Hall, 38, is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs around 175 pounds, and has hazel eyes, and is bald. He has numerous, distinct tattoos on his head, face, neck, and body, and both arms. Hall is originally from California. A warrant was issued for his arrest on supervised release violations after being convicted on robbery and narcotics charges, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

Hall also has an active warrant out of Portsmouth after an incident in June where he fled from police after a motor vehicle pursuit in June and breached the security perimeter at the U.S. Air Force Base at Pease. The Portsmouth warrant includes seven felony drug charges as well as driving violations, according to police.
