The National Weather Service had predicted between eight and 15 inches of snow for most of the state with wind gusts as high as 40 mph. The compact nature of the wet snow though limited accumulation, forecasters said on Twitter.

The NWS is requesting spotters to report snow totals.

Concord, Nashua, and other communities declared snow emergencies. Crashes were reported all across the state including Interstates, and city and town roads. Trees and wires were also reported down all around New Hampshire. On Rock Forest Drive in Hooksett, a tree reportedly fell on a person.
