Gusty Winds, 55K Without Power Across New Hampshire: Update
Tens of thousands are still without power Sunday after a nor'easter blanketed heavy, wet snow across most of the state.

CONCORD, NH — While the Saturday nor'easter did not drop as much snow as forecasters predicted, the heavy, wet white stuff and blustery winds have caused electricity outages across New Hampshire.
As of around 10 a.m. Sunday, more than 55,000 utility customers were without power in New Hampshire.
Eversource had around 43,000 of its customers without power — including 2,200 residents of Londonderry, more than 1,000 in Windham, and large outages in Derry and Hudson. A number of capital region communities have hundreds of residents without power along with a few hundred in Amherst, Bedford, Milford, and Nashua.

About 200 Unitil customers in Concord and the capital region, as well as Seacoast towns, are without power. Estimated restoration times range from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The New Hampshire Electric Coop is reporting more than 12,000 of its customers without power — with large outages in Alton, Gilmanton, Deerfield, Barnstead, Ossipee, Derry, and other communities in the Lakes Region and central New Hampshire.

The National Weather Service had predicted between eight and 15 inches of snow for most of the state with wind gusts as high as 40 mph. The compact nature of the wet snow though limited accumulation, forecasters said on Twitter.
The NWS is requesting spotters to report snow totals.

Concord, Nashua, and other communities declared snow emergencies. Crashes were reported all across the state including Interstates, and city and town roads. Trees and wires were also reported down all around New Hampshire. On Rock Forest Drive in Hooksett, a tree reportedly fell on a person.
