Derry Man Arrested For Public Urination at Hooksett Skate Park

A Derry man was arrested for disorderly conduct after urinating at a skate park in Hooksett.

CONCORD, NH - A Derry man was arrested disorderly conduct by Hooksett Police after he allegedly urinated at the Legends Drive skate park.

According to Hooksett Police, Zachary Messier, 25, of Derry was arrested after an officer responded to the area of Hooksett Rd. by McDonald’s for an agitated male subject throwing signs and other items into the roadway.

Police said they had previously spoken to a party in the lobby who reported a male was seen urinating at the skate park nearby. After an investigation, Messier admitted to being upset because he had to walk back to Derry from Hooksett and threw two signs and a cone into the roadway.

He also admitted to urinating at the skate park earlier. Messier was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Indecent Exposure and transported to the Hooksett Police Department where he was bailed on $4,000.00 Personal Recognizance with a Hooksett District Court date of May 17.
