Fight Over Money, Cigarettes Leads To Numerous Charges: Cop Log
Plus: Concord woman charged with DUI; Meredith man arrested on drug charge, warrants; Rochester woman faces trespass charge.

CONCORD, NH — Zachary V. Labrecque, 33, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on June 3, 2020, was arrested on a warrant. Also arrested on a warrant was Tabitha Lynn Braley, born 1978, of Concord. They were arrested after an incident at Priceline Autosales II on Manchester Street.

Samantha J. Shaver, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on May 15, 2021, on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an incident at 15 Hall Street.

Scott H. Moore, born 1965, of Manchester received a summons at 11:10 p.m. on May 13 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident at 118 Manchester St.
James Bub Bullock, 49, of Concord received a summons at 3:31 p.m. on May 12 on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Johnnie Manago, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 10:41 a.m. on May 10 on a warrant after an incident on Pleasant Street.
Taylor James Carpentier, 26, of Meredith was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on May 9 on a felon possession of a controlled drug charge and two warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. He was accused of failure to appear at the plea and sentencing of a felon in possession of a weapon charge. A motion to revoke his bail was denied. Carpentier is due in superior court on July 9 for a dispositional conference hearing.
Dominique Flint, born 1970, of Rochester was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on May 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on North Spring Street.
Robert Charles Meserve, 44, of Nashua received a summons at 7:41 a.m. on May 7 on five bench warrants after an incident at the Blueprint Recovery Center on Chenell Drive. He has an active drug possession case out of Nashua from June 2020 and was accused of failure to appear in superior court.
Jeffrey R. Vachon, 57, of Washington Street in Penacook was arrested at 5 a.m. on May 2 on willful concealment and breach of bail charges. Police were sent to Market Basket on Storrs Street for a report of a theft. A loss prevention employee said they saw a man putting items into a backpack and then, leaving the store. A store manager caught the suspect, Vachon, and the officer spoke to him. Vachon was accused of saying he was going to pay for the items but was just holding onto them. The officer watched a surveillance video and accused Vachon of putting items into a backpack and walking toward the exit door of the store. "Jeffrey started to run which is when (the store manager) grabbed Jeffrey and brought him to the courtesy booth," the officer wrote. The value of the items was $4.33. He was arrested and held without bail.
Evrin Demir Kalkan, 36, of Herbert Street in Concord was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on May 2 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and obstruct report of crime-injury, as well as a bench warrant. Police were sent to a home on Herbert Street for a report of a disturbance. A woman accused Kalkan of breaking a glass on the ground during an argument about money and cigarettes. When the woman said she would call police, Kalkan was accused of grabbing her arm, taking the woman's phone, and throwing it in the trash so she was unable to call police, the report stated. According to superior court records, a warrant was issued for his arrest on March 16 for failure to appear at a drug possession charge after an incident in Ashland in March 2020.
