Man charged with felony theft; man accused of criminal threatening, assault at resource center; Penacook assault incident leads to charges.

CONCORD, NH — DeWayne A. Turner, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 12:49 a.m. on June 9, 2021, on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Mary Rose Deak, born 1954, of Concord received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on June 9 on an illegally kindling of fire violation after an incident in Eagle Square.
Ozzy D. Arsenault, 34, of Laconia was cited at 5:40 p.m. on June 9 on a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street. He has an active first-degree and second-degree assault charges case in superior court.

Darren Kenneth Brady, 53, of Concord was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on June 9 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at police headquarters.
Christopher M. Blodgett, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on May 25 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, simple assault, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street. He was arrested again at 9:09 p.m. on May 25 on arson, criminal threat against another person, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Commercial Street. Charles N. Galatis Jr., born 1971, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 7 p.m. on May 25 after an incident on Walker Street.
Dante T. Parrish, 24, of Concord was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on May 25 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Batteries Plus Bulbs on Loudon Road. He’s due back in superior court for a dispositional conference on July 1.
Michelle Lisa Brien, 42, of Concord was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on May 25 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on Manchester Street. She failed to appear at arraignment on June 3 and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Pierce Makuen Osgood, 24, of Concord was arrested at 5:05 a.m. on May 25 on a warrant after an incident on Hall Street.
Andrew Stephen Carson, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on May 24 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Merrimack Street in Penacook.
Scott D. MacMichael, 39, of Newbury received a citation at 7:28 p.m. on May 24 on an operating without a license charge and “hands free” violation after an incident on Loudon Road.
Colin P. White, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on May 24 on theft of services-less than $1,000, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an incident at The Common Man on Water Street.
Andrew Joe Bouyer, born 1971, of Concord was cited at 5:02 p.m. on May 24 on a skateboarding in a prohibited area-city ordinance violation after an incident on Main Street.
Ry Allard, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 11:55 a.m. on May 24 on a manufacture-possess false government identification charge after an incident on Warren Street.
