Franklin Man Arrested On Deadly Weapon, Assault Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Caroline Gould, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on June 1, 2021, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
Ashley N. Duff, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 9 p.m. on May 31 on four warrants. She was arrested on South Street. She was accused of failure to appear on May 11, in Merrimack County Superior Court for a review hearing after being convicted on a felony drug charge after an incident in Hooksett. She was also accused of failure to appear on May 24, in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on drug charges out of Manchester.
Allison Xirui Segal, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on May 31 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Angus John Anderson, 39, of Franklin was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on May 15 on second-degree assault, domestic violence-second degree assault, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, domestic violence-reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident on Water Street.
Maua Yakimu, born 1988, of Concord received a summons at 9:57 p.m. on May 13 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Angelo Louis Santiago, 29, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on May 11 on two felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-subsequent, knowing failure to comply charges. He pleaded guilty to charges from November 2019, and June 2020, in Concord on May 27. Santiago is a sex offender due to several felonious sexual assault of a child 13 to 15 convictions in August 2016.
Kaitlyn Elizabeth Witts, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on May 9 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Shawmut Street.
Jeffrey Scott Sargent, born 1969, of Boscawen was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on May 9 on operating with a valid license charge as well as a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road and a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road.
Andrew Joseph Trudell, 37, of Concord was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on May 8 on endangering the welfare of a child, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and two simple assault charges after an incident on Bog Road.
Kage Vonderahe, born 2003, of Alton was arrested at 11 p.m. on May 6 on a transportation of alcoholic beverages charges by a minor after an incident on Loudon Road.
Christopher J. Bonk, 51, of Broad Cove Drive in Concord was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on May 2 on stalking, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, breach of bail, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to Broad Cove Drive for a domestic incident with a witness reporting seeing one person throwing something at another while arguing outside, an affidavit said. Later, the witness said they heard items thrown around inside the home. When police arrived, Bonk came to the door and began screaming, "Who called the police?" and other things, the affidavit said. A woman at the home accused Bonk of throwing seltzer water and a purse at her as well as chasing her around. A check found Bonk was not supposed to be near the woman. After questioning, Bonk was arrested and police accused him of resisting. Officers accused him of attempting to keep from walking into police headquarters and kicking a trash can, too, the report said. He was then taken to county.
Dylan J. Bill, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on May 2 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and breach of bail charges. Police were sent to the Storrs Street Garage for a report of a man on the top level of the garage after hours. After speaking with the man, Bill, and finding out he was trespassed from the garage, unless he had a legitimate reason to be there, in mid-April, he was arrested. During processing, an officer eyed security video from the garage and accused Bill of kicking out windows in the stairwell six different times before police arrived. He also spit on the ground and down the stairwell, the report said, so the other charges were added. Bill was held without bail and taken to county.
Brittnie Simone Hoffman, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on May 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Stone Street.
Leonard Nduwayo, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on May 1 on driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on Christian Avenue.
