Fugitive of the Week: Belmont Man Facing Sexual Assault Charges
The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for a Belmont man who failed to appear on a charge of aggravated sexual assault.

CONCORD, NH - The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for a registered sex offender from Belmont who failed to appear on a charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
According to a release from the Task Force, Boden is wanted on an outstanding warrant from Belknap County for failure to appear an original charge of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. He also must register as a sex offender as result of a 2013 conviction for sexual assault in 2013.
Officials said he's known to have ties to the Lakes Region in New Hampshire, and has a last known address in Belmont.
