Fugitive of the Week: Mass. Man is Armed and Dangerous
Police are advising New Hampshire residents to be on the look out for two fugitives from the law, one who is considered armed and dangerous.

CONCORD, N.H. - Police are advising New Hampshire residents to be on the look out for two fugitives from the law, one who is considered armed and dangerouss.
According to New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, police are searching for Robert E. Twombly, 38, of New Hampshire and Julion Parker, 26 of Massachusetts.
Police are searching for Parker, who has an outstanding Federal arrest warrant for being a Felon in Possession of aFirearm and Making False Statements During the Acquisition of a Firearm, in Chester and Manchester.

Police said Parker has been known to impersonate law enforcement and military officials in the past and combined with the current charges, Parker should be considered Armed & Dangerous.
Police said he has ties to Chester and Manchester, NH, as well as Lowell, Massachusetts, where he is known to have family, friends and associates.

The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is also searching for Robert E. Twombly, 38, of New Hampshire.
According to a release, Twombly is 5’07”, with blue eyes, a shaved head and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He also has tattoos on his arms, chest, legs, and back.
Twombly is being is wanted on an outstanding Rockingham County arrest warrant for a Probation Violation with an underlying drug charges. He is believed to be in the tri-city area (Dover, Somersworth & Rochester) but also has ties throughout New Hampshire.
