Homeless Burglar Faces Prowling, Drug Charges In Concord: Police Log

Thief arrested dozens of times faces new charge; Dunbarton man arrested on trespass, resisting charges; Concord man faces trespass charge.

CONCORD, NH ? Jackie M. Roberts, 21, of Concord was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on Aug. 2, 2024, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Sanel Auto Parts at 219 S. Main St. According to court records, Roberts has active theft, criminal liability theft, drug sale, and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges pending in Merrimack County Superior Court. Roberts has a lengthy criminal record dating back to when he was a juvenile. Since becoming an adult, he has been arrested more than three dozen times.

Justin Wayne Pate, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 5:55 a.m. on Aug. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the McDonald?s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Robert J. Gaynor III, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 10:47 a.m. on July 25, as well as loitering or prowling, felony possession of a controlled drug, and felony falsifying physical evidence charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Gas House Bridge on Water Street. Gaynor was also charged with felony burglary after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street. Gaynor is a felon due to burglary convictions in 2003 out of Webster. He was also convicted on burglary charges out of Hopkinton.

Jill E. Severance, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on July 22 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue.

Emmanuel Muhire, 34, of Concord received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on July 20 on simple assault and criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Sun Bright Coin Operated Laundry at 124 Loudon Road.

Jasmine E. Dargon, 33, of Concord was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on July 19 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at The Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. Dargon pleaded guilty to drug possession and unsworn falsification charges in March out of Nashua from June 2023. She received two six-month sentences, suspended for a year, pending good behavior.

Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on July 18 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, loitering or prowling, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at the Jet Stream Carwash at 247 Loudon Road.

Elias J. Morse, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on July 17 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Deer Track Lane.

Charles Little, 62, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on July 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Swenson Granite at 369N. State St.

Harley B. Averill, born 1979, of Dunbarton was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on July 15 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at BAM! at 76 Fort Eddy Road.

Jared Ring Yearton, born 1973, of Concord was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on June 30 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on Pierce Street. He was also charged with violation of a protective order after an incident or investigation on Pillsbury Street.

Patrick Colcord Campbell, born 2004, of Manchester was arrested at 3 p.m. on June 30 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Franklin Street.

Robert James Witham, born 1999, of Tilton was given a summons at 3:40 p.m. on June 30 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.
