Laconia Man Arrested On Stalking Charges Twice In 5 Days: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Ozzy D. Arsenault, 33, of Lincoln Street in Laconia was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on April 5, on stalking, violation of protective order, and attempted violation of protective order charges and again at 1:15 a.m. on April 10 on violation of protective order and stalking charges. He was accused of calling a woman at Concord Gardens twice, on two different days, after being served with a domestic violence prevention order.

Katie M. Boissy, born 1981, of Belmont received a summons at 5 p.m. on April 6 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal charge after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Maureen C. Diorio, born 1971, of Pembroke was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on April 1 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Drew Street.

Samuel James Pothier, born 1982, of Weare received a summons at 7:15 a.m. on March 30 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating with an expired license-subsequent charges after an incident on Pembroke Road.

Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, 41, of Concord was arrested at 7:24 a.m. on March 29 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Robert John Atwood, 37, of Concord received a summons at 9:46 p.m. on March 28 on a public urination or defecation charge after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Sharon A. Woods, born 1945, of Penacook was arrested at 9 a.m. on March 28 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at the Circle T Car Wash on Manchester Street.

Kevin Gobeil, 26, of Concord received a summons at 9:43 a.m. on March 26 on a bench warrant after an incident on Green Street. He has a plea hearing scheduled in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 4 on a drug charge out of Franklin.

Brendan McGarry, born 1981, of Croydon was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on March 26 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Margarett Ann Brunsen, 43, of Concord was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on March 25 on a burglary charge after an incident on Stickney Avenue. She is due in superior court for arraignment on May 27.

Devyn Michael Merrill, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on March 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested on North Main Street.

Sarah Emily Arsenault, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on March 25 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and breach of bail charges. She was arrested at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.
