Loudon Man Accused Of Criminal Threatening: Concord Police Log
Gilford woman and Concord man arrested on DUI charges; Tilton man faces disorderly conduct charge; plus drug arrests, warrants, and more.

CONCORD, NH — Jackie Marcell Roberts, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on June 20, 2021, on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road near Gully Hill.
Hallie L. Snow, 28, of Webster was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on June 20 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Concord Sand and Gravel on Sheep Davis Road. Snow has an active felony theft case out of Manchester and three drug possession charges out of Webster, both from July 2020.
Tyler Zachary Hall, 33, of Tilton received a summons at 1:53 p.m. on May 23 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at KFC on Hall Street.

Linda-Jo N. Cutting, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on May 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at McKenna House on South Fruit Street.
Christopher L. Paquin, 30, of Loudon was arrested at 7 a.m. on May 23 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident on Washington Street.

Ashley Lafontaine, born 1991, of Gilford was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on May 23 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.
Milan Darjee, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on May 23 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 450 N. State St.
Ryan Timothy Lassonde, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on April 27 on a bench warrant after an incident on Eldridge Street.
Kenny Joe Robbins, 26, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on April 27 on three felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges after incidents at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street and Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street. Robbins has numerous active drug and breach of bail charges in Merrimack County Superior Court from both Concord and Hopkinton.
Andrew Joe Bouyer, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was cited at 8:55 a.m. on April 27 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Emily Andrews, 43, of Concord received a summons at 11:48 p.m. on April 26 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. She has an active felony drug case out of Tilton from June 2020 working its way through superior court.
Morgan Katherine Parkinson, 20, of Claremont was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on April 26 on a warrant at police headquarters. The warrant was issued out of Grafton Superior Court for failure to appear at a violation of a court order hearing on April 15. Parkinson pleaded guilty to a theft charge in Grafton Superior Court in November 2020 after an incident in Lebanon.
Kyle Arthur Russell, 30, of Skyline Drive in Concord was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on April 26 on violation of protective order and resisting arrest or detention charges. Officers were sent to Skyline Drive to serve a restraining order to Russell, who, officers accused of being “immediately defiant” in their attempts to serve the order. Repeatedly, an affidavit stated, he said he did not consider himself served, “refusing to take the paperwork,” and trying to close the door on the officers. The reporting officer accused Russell of threatening to call the protested party but later, took the order, and then, threw it on the floor in front of them. The reporting officer spoke with the protected party writing, “I felt it was appropriate to inform (her) that Kyle will likely try to contact her and what her options were if he did.” The protected party told the officer Kyle had already texted and tried to call her minutes before, the affidavit stated, showing him the text message, talking about family issues and denying that he did anything. The officers checked the number, confirmed it was Russell’s, returned to his home, to arrest him, an affidavit said. Russell, however, was leaving the house, attempting to drive by the officers, as they headed to the address, the report said. The reporting officer motioned to the vehicle to stop, which it did, and then, Russell was accused of yelling and refusing to unlock the vehicle’s door to be arrested. A second officer was able to unlock the vehicle and they attempted to remove him but accused him of resisting. After wrestling him out of the vehicle, Russell was taken to the ground and handcuffed, the report said. He was processed and held without bail.
Nyabunguye Tembasi, born 1993, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a burglary charge at 11:34 a.m. on April 26 after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.
