Loudon Man Arrested On Rape Charges In Concord: Police Log

Convicted Webster burglar faces theft, drug charges; Belmont man arrested on threat, other charges; Derry man arrested on assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Zachary McKay, 31, of Loudon was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on April 16, 2020, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single count of simple assault after an incident on South Street.

Robert John Gaynor, 37, of Webster was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on April 16 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior convictions, as well as possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive. Gaynor has two active cases in Merrimack County Superior Court out of Concord and Allenstown but details about the cases were not known at post time. In August 2015, he pleaded guilty to burglary and cruelty to animals charges after an incident in Warner. Another burglary charge out of Hopkinton from June 2012 was nolle prossed.

Necole L. Fields, born 1999, of Alton was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on April 16 on two warrants.

Vincent Michael Puleo, born 2000, was cited at 12:15 a.m. on April 16 for unlawful possession after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, 57, of Concord was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on April 15 on stalking, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident on East Side Drive.

Dylan John Bill, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 12:35 p.m. and again 3:36 p.m. on April 15 on a criminal trespass charge after incidents at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Kami McLain, 50, of Loudon received a summons on a warrant at 1:59 p.m. on April 15 after an incident on Loudon Road. She has an active controlled drug: acts prohibited and falsifying physical evidence case out of Loudon from December 2019, in Merrimack County Superior Court. According to the court, she failed to appear at a status conference in September 2020, and a warrant was issued for her arrest in November 2020.

Tylor Ford, born 1993, of Belmont was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on April 15 on criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at Concord Oral Surgery on Pleasant Street.

Anthony Nicolas Newman, born 1990, of Derry was arrested at 4:47 a.m. on April 15 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Viviana K. Ajby Peter, 42, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 5 p.m. on April 14 on aggravated felonious sexual assault, arson, criminal threat against a person with a deadly weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, three simple assault, and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Willow Crossing apartment complex on Village Street.

Kim M. Skaltsis, born 1970, of Concord received a summons at 9:41 a.m. on April 14 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at CVS on Loudon Road.
