MA Man Clocked Going 125 MPH On I-89: NH State Police

The 19-year-old from Waltham, Mass., is now facing multiple charges for driving 60 mph over the speed limit.

SUTTON, NH — A 19-year-old Massachusetts man has been charged after he was caught driving at nearly double the speed limit along I-89, according to state police.

Near midnight Friday, a trooper near exit 11 clocked Jeyson Lopez Gonzalez, of Waltham, Mass., going 125 mph — 60 mph over the posted speed limit in the area, according to police.

There were three other people in the car with him, and two were under 18, police said.

Police charged Gonzalez with reckless operation and reckless conduct. Gonzalez will be arraigned in June at Hillsborough District Court.
