Man Arrested On Threat Charges Twice In 2 Hours: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert K. Drew, 37, of Hill was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on May 6, 2021, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area.

Andrew Joe Bouyer, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on May 6 on criminal threatening and breach of bail charges. He was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on May 6 on simple assault and criminal threatening charges after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive.

Xoren Pesso Powell, 19, of Pittsfield received a summons on a warrant at 1:54 a.m. on April 9, on North Main Street. He has an active robbery, first-degree assault, and second-degree assault case in superior court out of Franklin from June 2020. Powell is due back in court on Aug. 16.

Timothy McKinney, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on April 7 on a criminal mischief charge and a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

Brenin Anthony Reale, 33, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on April 5 on a stalking charge after an incident on Rosemary Court. He has three active felony drug charges as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge from February out of Concord working its way through superior court.

Laura Price, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at noon on April 4 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Scott Nadeau, born 1967, a homeless man now located in Concord received a summons at 10:49 a.m. on March 29 on a breach of bail charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Nicholas Fletcher, 21, of Pittsfield received a summons at 3:30 p.m. on March 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He was accused of failing to appear in court on felony stolen property and drug possession charges out of Concord from July 2020. Fletcher also has an active drug possession charge out of Hooksett from April 19. He is due back in superior court on May 25 and June 30.

Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on March 27 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. Also arrested was Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on March 27 on a criminal trespass charge.

San M. Darjee, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on March 21 on a breach of bail charge. Roshan Darjee, born 2000, of Concord was also charged with unlawful possession-intoxication. They were arrested after an incident on East Side Drive.

Jeffrey A. Welke, born 1966, of Boscawen received a summons at 6:22 p.m. on March 20 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Chelsea Malonson, born 1990, of Tilton was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on March 20 was charged with simple assault after an incident at the First Congregational Church on North Main Street.
