Former Manchester Teacher Indicted On Sexual Abuse Image Charges

Plus: Concord man indicted on stolen property charges; fentanyl and methamphetamine indictments; and woman indicted on a theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.

April A. Gardner, 32, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior theft convictions, after an incident at Milano's Mini Mart in Concord between Sept. 12, and Sept. 15, 2020.

Ashton E. Garland, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl charges after an incident on Jan. 16.

Stacey Gates, 45, of Belmont on a felony possession of fentanyl charge after an incident on June 6, 2020, in Northfield. Previously, she was convicted on a charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2017, according to the indictment.

Devin Gilbert, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2019 GMC, belonging to another and knowing that it had been stolen or probably stolen, on Jan. 6 in Concord. Read more about this case here.

Nicole Glines, 40, of Arlene Drive in Belmont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 4, 2020, in Franklin.

Ryan Gregoire, 34, with a last known address of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Pembroke on Dec. 7, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Randall Hamilton, 31, of North Road of Fremont on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 9, 2020, on Highland Street in Hooksett. He was previously convicted on a drug charge in Candia District Court in June 2017.

Joshua Harwood, 38, of Vinton Street in Manchester on 10 felony counts of prostitution and related offenses, nine felony counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images, and nine felony counts of trafficking in persons. Between Jan. 5, and March 22, 2019, he's accused of paying a boy for sex. Between Jan. 12, and March 22, 2019, he was accused of creating, producing, or manufacturing visual representations of the boy. Between Jan. 12, and March 22, 2019, Harwood was accused of paying for sexually explicit performances of the boy. Click on the links above to learn more about this case.

Timothy Sargent, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on Aug. 11, 2020, in Concord.

Brian Skroback, 47, of Ford Mill Road in Danbury on a felony manufacture of controlled drug-marijuana charge on Oct. 1, 2020, in Danbury.

Rocco Sfara, 46, of Rumford Street in Concord on four felony counts of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining a safe owned by another man, two purses owned by women, and an ATM card owned by a third woman on Nov. 26, and Dec. 16, 2020, in Concord.
