Marshals Arrest Felon Wanted On Drug Distribution Charges: Update
Stefan Ingerson, formerly of Concord, Dover, and Manchester, who has a long criminal history, is accused of dealing meth, fentanyl in NH.

Update: 4:20 p.m. On May 5: The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force announced that Stefan Ingerson, this week's fugitive of the week, has been captured. Around noon, he was arrested in Manchester near a motel on Brown Avenue.
U.S. Marshals had been searching for him before making him this week's fugitive and knew he was homeless in the Queen City.
"Members of the task force observed Ingerson leave the hotel and get into a car," Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said. "This car was stopped by law enforcement prior to it leaving the parking lot. Mr. Ingerson was arrested without incident."

Ingerson was taken to the Strafford County Jail for processing and was held pending his initial court appearance. His U.S. District Court appearance will be due via video due to COVID-19 precautions.

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a felon with a number of priors who is accused of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Stefan Robert Ingerson is 32, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 160 lbs. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said in an alert this week that Ingerson has tattoos on his left shoulder — a tree and a fish, as well as one on his right shoulder.
A warrant was issued for his arrest out of U.S. District Court in Concord on April 19.
"Ingerson was last known to have lived in Manchester NH but his current whereabouts are unknown," White said. "Mr. Ingerson has a lengthy criminal history which includes drugs, crimes of violence and resisting arrest."
Ingerson also lived in Concord for a number of years, where he was arrested numerous times, as well as Dover.
According to superior court documents, Ingerson criminal history dates back to February 2006 when he was accused of robbery in Concord but the charge was later nolle prossed. He was convicted on simple assault and criminal mischief charges in January 2007 in Merrimack County Superior Court. Ingerson was arrested in October 2011 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge in Concord.
In December 2014, he pleaded guilty to three controlled drug: acts prohibited charges in superior court. Two years later, he was found guilty of violation of probation or parole on those charges. Ingerson also pleaded guilty to several controlled drug: acts prohibited, felony theft, and robbery charges out of Concord in August 2016, a habitual offender charge out of Concord in November 2016, a habitual offender charge out of Epping in December 2016, and habitual offender and drug charges out of Concord in September 2017.
Ingerson was arrested in Bedford in November 2020 on habitual offender, fentanyl sale, heroin sale, methamphetamine sale, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. He is due back in court on a status conference on May 26.
