Merrimack Man Arrested On Stalking Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Theresa Anne Camire, 66, of Concord was arrested at 8 p.m. on May 5, 2021, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. According to superior court records, she has an active felony theft case from November 2020.

Christopher Lee Lane, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on May 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Patrick Stephen Walsh, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on May 5 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Sal's Pizza. He was also charged with criminal trespass after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Amanda Jane Bernier, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on April 1 on stalking, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges. During a follow-up on a case involving Bernier from Feb. 24, an officer was reviewing surveillance footage from cameras on Stickney Avenue and found that she was in violation of a protective order at the time of the arrest because she was near a protective party in the video footage, according to an affidavit. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 12.

Paul David Furney, 54, of Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on March 22 on stalking and violation of a protective order. An officer took a report from a Concord Hospital employee who accused Furney of violation of a protective order by driving by her in a vehicle, within 5 feet of her, according to an affidavit. The officer viewed security footage from the hospital and saw an SUV the woman claimed Furney was in. The officer checked the registration of the vehicle and found it was owned by Furney, the report said. The officer also checked the order and found it was active since Feb. 16, the officer wrote. A warrant was issued for his arrest on March 21.

Jesse L. Cleasby, 35, of Penacook was issued a summons at 7:55 p.m. on March 18 on a warrant.

Michelle Lisa Brien, 41, of Concord was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on March 18 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges after an incident on Manchester Street. She is due back in court on May 21.

Valerie E. Fredette, 36, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on March 18 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident on North Main Street. Fredette is due back in superior court on July 28.

Daniel E. Millette, 30, of Concord was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on March 18 on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Poplar Avenue. He is due in superior court on May 20.

Nicholas Richard Nault, 31, of Concord was arrested at 5:07 a.m. on March 18 on a warrant after an incident on Beacon Street.

Jean Louise Beaulieu, 50, of Manchester was issued a summons on a bench warrant at 1:07 a.m. on March 18.
