Milk Truck Spills 4,000 Gallons in New Hampshire

A fully loaded milk truck spilled 4,000 gallons just off I-93 in New Hampshire today.

TILTON, N.H. - A fully loaded milk truck spilled 4,000 gallons across I-93 in New Hampshire today.

According to New Hampshire State Police, officers from Troop D responded to the Interstate 93 south exit 20 off ramp in Tilton after receiving a report for a crash involving a commercial truck.

According to police, the milk truck, after leaving the paved portion of the roadway, rolled over and came to rest on its side spilling an estimated 3500 to 4000 gallons of milk..

The cause of the collision is still under investigation, although speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors.

The driver, Gregory Rogers, 64, was transported to Concord Hospital with non-life threatening injuries by EMS.

Police said Interstate 93 south exit 20 will experience will be closed intermittently while the commercial motor vehicle is removed from the scene.
