New Boston Man Arrested Twice In 5 Days: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Carl D. Soderberg, 53, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on June 2, 2021, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jonathan Michael McCarthy, born 1983, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on June 2 on a breach of bail charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Jennifer Michelle Bonner, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 8:32 a.m. on June 2 on a warrant and a self-defense weapon-felon, possession charge. She was arrested after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Zoran Gajic, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on May 15, on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Scott Nadeau, born 1967, of New Boston was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on May 8 on theft of services-less than $1,000 and breach of bail charges after an incident at Cheers on Depot Street. He was arrested again at 4:51 p.m. on May 13 on a violation of a protective order charge. In the latter charge, police were sent Clinton Street after a man accused Nadeau of sending him a text, demanding that a woman drop a domestic violence order, according to the affidavit. In the text message, according to the report, Nadeau claimed he had the cure for cancer and needed her to help him with "this incredibly important work." The officer checked the phone numbers, confirmed it was Nadeau's phone number, and then called him, the report said. The officer asked Nadeau if he had the restraining order and had read it, adding, if he knew about the third-party contacts clause. Nadeau, the affidavit said, replied, "Oh, I see where this is going." A 12-hour arrest order was placed on Nadeau and he was arrested by Haverhill police.

Dennis Hayes, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on May 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Tremont Street.

Marsha L. Jesseman, born 1951, of Concord received a summons at 2:02 p.m. on May 9 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Hunter Williams, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on May 9 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Bog Road.

Michaela S. Bell, born 1998, of Brookline was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on May 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested after police were sent to Asby Road for a report of an overdose.

Morgan P. Jackson Hanley, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on May 7 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on North State Street.

Crystal June Brown, born 1991, of Groton was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on May 2 on three endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Shelley L. Fajans, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on May 2 on a driving under the influence charge on North Main Street.
