CONCORD, NH — A recent New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week has been located after being arrested after a crash nearly three weeks ago.

Jonathan David Hodgman, 41, was featured on March 10 after a warrant was posted in Belknap County accusing him of probation violations after a narcotics conviction in 2017. According to superior court records, Hodgman was convicted on controlled drug act charges out of Tilton and Laconia. He was convicted of violation of probation or parole in October 2017 and November 2018. Hodgman was approved for recovery court in September 2020 but, a week later, a warrant was issued for his arrest on the probation violation accusations.

On June 5, New Hampshire State Police were sent to a crash on Murray Hill Road. Hodgman was found to be the driver of the vehicle. He was arrested on the warrant and taken to Concord Hospital in Franklin for treatment. After being released, Hodgman was turned over to the Belknap County Sheriff’s Office and taken to Belknap County Jail where he is being held, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.
