Northfield Man Arrested On Robbery Charge: Concord Police Log
Plus: Pembroke man faces drug charges; Concord men face stalking charges; sex offender accused of registration failure; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Joseph Malcolm Reale-Case, 24, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 5:15 p.m. on April 9, 2021, at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street. He was accused of failure to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Rockingham County Superior Court on March 26. Reale-Case was previously found guilty on drug and burglary charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in 2020.
Michael James Depont, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on April 8 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Village Street. Depont has an active drug case out of Bow in superior court and has prior convictions for second-degree assault and assault charges.
Stacey M. Young, 37, of Concord was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on April 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at CVS on Loudon Road as well as possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest-bodily injury or detention charges, both felonies, as well as six bench warrants after a second incident on Loudon Road.

Matthew D. Pineault, 37, of Pembroke was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on April 6 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Jesse John DeFlorio, 28, of Boscawen was arrested at 11 a.m. on April 1 on stalking, breach of bail, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Portsmouth Street. He was convicted on drug and violation of probation or parole charges in superior court on Feb. 22 and was accused of violation of probation two months later. The case is still open.

Jesse John McCarthy, born 1996, of Concord received a summons at 5:49 p.m. on March 29 on an operating without a valid license charge on Fisherville Road.
Eric J. Waterman, 44, of Concord was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on March 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on Lisa Lane. He was accused of failure to appear on two drug charges in superior court on March 9. Waterman is due back in court on May 26.
Joshua Alexander Knight, 42, of Concord was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on March 25 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Fisherville Road. He has active drug charges in superior court and many other convictions.
Scott E. Underhill, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 4:11 p.m. on March 25 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Best Western on Hall Street.
Diana Doherty, born 1977, of Concord received a summons at 4:25 p.m. on March 25 on a bench warrantafter an incident at The Paper Store on Fort Eddy Road.
Robert W. Clark, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 2:04 p.m. on March 25 on a felony sex offender registration; failure to comply, knowingly-subsequent charge.
Matthew Michael Colby, born 1986, of Epping was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on March 25 on unattended death and sale of a controlled drug; death resulting charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.
Scott M. Donahue, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on March 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North Main Street.
Edward D. Hill, born 1990, of Northfield was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on March 25 on robbery and simple assault charges after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.
