Northfield Man Indicted On Stolen Shotgun Charge: Superior Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Melissa Frazier, 41, of Scott Avenue in Seabrook on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 1 in Hooksett.

Valerie Evlyn Fredette, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing flowers in Concord on Feb. 14. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Robert J. Gaynor, 37, of Dustin Road in Warner on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge after an incident in Allenstown on Oct. 6, 2020.

Mark J. Geremia, 32, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a shotgun in Webster on Nov. 5, 2020.

Devin Gilbert, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 6, in Concord.

Hannah Grimes, 20, of Old Railroad Road in Hillsborough on two felony reckless conduct charges. She was accused of driving into a man with her car on Jan. 25 in North Sutton.

Daniel Guerrero, 20, of Oak Street in Pittsfield on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman and driving over her foot in Pittsfield on Dec. 8, 2020.

Amy Guyette, 25, of Bragg Hill Road in Fairlee, Vermont, on a felony operating while deemed habitual offender charge — accused of driving on Interstate 89 on North Sutton on Jan. 15.

Jordan Hallett, 26, of Union Street in Bangor, Maine, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Epsom on March 11.

Joseph Hamel, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony possession of meth charges on Jan. 7, and Feb. 3, on Locke Road in Concord.

Randall Hamilton, 31, of North Road in Fremont on a felony possession of a controlled-narcotic drug-meth and fentanyl charge on Route 3A in Bow on Dec. 4, 2020. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a drug charge. Hamilton was also out on bail at the time of the incident.

Michelle Hammond, 31, of North State Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-meth, fentanyl on Dec. 4, 2020, in Concord.
