1. Concord Heights Woman Arrested On Assault, Deadly Weapon Charges (patch.com) ? A Concord woman, Eneida Torres, faces multiple charges following a domestic incident involving a knife at Regency Estates. The altercation, which occurred last month, involved Torres allegedly threatening two men, one of whom she had been dating for 15 years. Police have charged her with several offenses, including assault and criminal threatening.
