Penacook Man Indicted On Strangulation Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Concord food pantry pistol-whipping indictment; Hooksett man indicted on gun, drug charges; Newport felon indicted on weapon charges.

CONCORD, NH ? A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Alan R. Peterson, 36, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on June 18 during jury selection on a felony receiving stolen property charge from October 2022.

Janice M. Pickering, 35, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 6 in Hopkinton.

Schyler Quidore, 31, of Penwood Drive in Penacook on two second-degree assault and two second-degree assault-domestic violent charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Concord twice on May 5.

Stephen R. Quinn, 68, of Scott Avenue in Hooksett on felonious use of a firearm and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-met charges. He was accused of possessing a firearm and controlled drugs at the same time on May 31, 2023, in Hooksett.

Christopher Ramsay, 33, of South Main Street in Pittsfield on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of entering the apartment of a protected party and sending her a text message in Pittsfield on April 6. At the time of the offense, he was out on bail.

Charlotte A. Rankin, 46, of Blood Road in Newport on three felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. She was accused of possessing 12 throwing knives, a throwing ax, and five fixed-blade knives with holsters in New London on Feb. 9. Rankin is a felon due to a burglary conviction in October 2010 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Bluestone Antoine Rhau, 48, of Perley Street in Concord on first-degree assault-deadly weapon, second-degree assault, and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pistol-whipping another man, causing injuries to his head and face, outside the St. John food pantry in Concord on April 30. Christian A. Roy, 25, of Mechanic Street in Lebanon on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Interstate 93 north in Hooksett after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on May 21.

Matthew Saxby, 33, of Fairgrounds Road in Bradford on theft by unauthorized taking and theft of lost or mislaid property charges, both felonies. He was accused of loading shingles into his truck and trailer on Interstate 89 in Warner on April 6.
