Pittsfield Man Indicted On Sexual Enticement Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH ? A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Craig Knowlton, 39, of Decarlois Drive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Canterbury on July 20, 2024.

Emily A. Kresco, 32, of Laconia, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of telling a Franklin police sergeant she would light and blow up a propane tank after twisting its valve on Feb. 15.

Peter Lacharite, 29, of Johnson Street in Belmont, on falsifying physical evidence, receiving stolen property, and accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, He aided Caleb Phillips by driving him to different locations in Northfield to steal property, possessed between $1,000 and $1,500 in stolen cash, and deleted messages between him and Phillips relating to the thefts, according to the indictments.

Tyler W. Langevin-Darrah, 26, of Main Street in Pittsfield, on certain uses of computer services prohibited and endangering the welfare of a child charges, both felonies. He was accused of using Snapchat and-or TikTok to lure a child under 16 to produce and send him photos and videos of herself engaged in sexually explicit conduct between June 1, 2020, and June 1, 2022, in Pittsfield.

Shaun Leary, 30, of South Main Street in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Jeep Cherokee on West Street in Concord on March 1, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nathan T. Lynch, 43, of Old Post Road in Newbury, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Old Post Road in Newbury on Dec. 1, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2021.

Jack R. McCarthy, 20, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, on felonious use of a firearm, possession of oxycodone, and possession of marijuana with intent to dispense charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun, the oxy, and 5 or more pounds of pot on Oct. 10, 2024, in Hooksett.

Ali O. Makoma, 25, of Silver Street in Manchester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Bow on Dec. 14, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2022.

Mugil M. Malai, 28, of Westford, MA, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two simple assault against law enforcement officer charges. He was accused of punching one state trooper in the head and another in the face on Feb. 13 in Concord. On May 2, the charges against Malai were nolle prossed due to him being deemed ?not competent but likely restorable? in Concord District Court. Jason P. Marcoux, 48, of New Boston, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four reckless conduct charges. He drove a vehicle in a dangerous manner in Concord on Jan. 22 and nearly struck an SUV, forced an SUV into the breakdown lane, drove the wrong way in a traffic circle, and struck a box truck at a high rate of speed, according to the indictments.

Vincent Mendillo, 27, of Cypress Lane in Misson Viejo, California, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk on Little Sunapee Road in New London on Oct. 6, 2024, causing a collision in a 2024 Hyundai Elantra, which became engulfed in flames. The crash gave him fractures to his face and killed Salma Garcia, 26, also from Misson Viejo, CA. Mendillo pleaded guilty to both charges on April 30 and received a three-and-a-half-to-seven-year prison sentence, all suspended for seven years, with 188 days of time served credit. His license will be suspended indefinitely. The suspension of the sentence is contingent on good behavior and payment of restitution, $19,629, according to court documents.
