Rockingham Sheriff: Deerfield Man Assaulted 8-Year-Old Boy
Several people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
- Joseph Macdermott of Kingston, NH was indicted for aggravated felonious sexual assault and tampering with witnesses and informants after threatening the victim.
- Arthur MacKinnon of Somersworth, NH was indicted for possession of a controlled drug, cocaine.
- Kevin Malcolm of Derry, NH was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking of a 2011 Infinity M37x.
- Daniel Mayo of Portsmouth, NH was indicted for five counts of possession of a controlled drug, including buprenorphine, cocaine, crack, fentanyl and marijuana.
- Kyle Miller of Londonderry, NH was indicted for criminal threatening for brandishing a knife and threatening someone.
- Kevin Morrisey of Nashua, NH was indicted for aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine and reckless conduct of a deadly weapon for driving while high on meth.
- Daniel Norwood of Acton, ME was indicted for possession of methamphetamine and being a habitual offender.
- Andrew O'Brien of Rochester was indicted for transporting crack cocaine with intent to sell. He was also charged with possession of lorazepam.
- Chauntelle Pagan of Derry, NH was indicted for reckless conduct and aggravated driving while intoxicate after allegedly crashing into a car and then a pedestrian in Plaistow.
- Christopher Peach of Deerfield was indicted for sexual assault with an 8-year-old child over two month period.

- Casondra Plummer of Belmont, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl, crack and meth.
- Devin Rios of Derry, NH was indicted for felonious use of a firearm for attempting the sale of a controlled drug while armed.
- Tyler Roth of Burlington, MA was indicted for possesion of LSD, marijuana and hash oil with intent to dispense.
- Jacob Sanborn of Somersworth, NH was indicted for possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and falsifying physical evidence.
- Mark Schwarz of Byfield, MA was indicted for aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly attempting to force a woman to perform fellatio on him.
- Michael Terrell of Newton, NH was indicted for domestic violence after threatening to use a gun on his partner and holding the gun to her face. He was also charged with first and second degree assault for hitting her with the gun, pushing her down a set of stairs and breaking her coccyx. Terrell was in violation of a previous bail order from 2017 when he allegedly assaulted the victim.
- Tyler Thistlewood of Salisbury, MA was indicted for possession of fentanyl.
- Corey Thompson of Boston, MA was indicted for allegedly stealing a phone from AT&T in Seabrook.
- Scott Tombarello of Windham, NH was indicted for second degree assault after allegedly attacking a man and breaking his nose.
- Justin Tuerck of Auburn, NH was indicted for reckless conduct for allegedly discharging a gun in the area with vehicle and pedestrian traffic in Auburn.
