Route 101 Rollover Leads To DUI Charge: NH State Police Roundup

Plus: Updates on two fatal crashes and blotters around the Granite State.

CONCORD, NH ? A man from Weare is lucky to be alive after a rollover crash on Route 101 that led to his pickup truck splitting into pieces on Friday night.

Around 6:30 p.m., New Hampshire State Police were sent to a crash report involving a pickup truck between Exits 4 and 5. When troopers arrived, they found the driver, James Miller, 41, had suffered serious injuries, according to Tyler Dumont, the public information officer for state police.

?Miller, who was the sole occupant,? he said, ?was transported by EMS from the scene to Elliot Hospital for treatment.?

A state police investigation determined the pickup left the highway, entered the media, and rolled.

?The impact separated the cab from the vehicle?s chassis,? Dumont added.

Miller was arrested on a driving under the influence charge and a solid line violation, although the crash remains under investigation, he said. Traffic in the area was impacted for about 90 minutes during the investigation and debris cleanup.

Assisting state police were Raymond police and Raymond, Candia, and Auburn fire departments.

The woman killed during a New London crash on Oct. 6 was Salma Garcia, 26, of Mission Viejo, California.

The person killed during an early morning crash on Oct. 11 on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua. The pedestrian victim who was killed was Modris Kruminsh, 62, of Nashua. The investigation is still ongoing.

Sopoeun Kong, 45, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Sept. 28 on speeding: 25-plus mph over 65 limit and driving after revocation charges and a suspension of vehicle registration violation in Epping.

Ryan S. Bedard, 32, of Lunenburg, MA, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Sept. 28 DUI-30-plus mph and DUI charges in North Hampton.

Derek P. Fisher, 46, of Dover, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Sept. 26 on DUI and DUI-second offense charges and a lane control violation in Greenland.

Joshua Stephan Minardi, 38, of Salem, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on Sept. 25 on a DUI charge as well as an unregistered vehicle violation in Portsmouth.

Christopher Robert Caterino, 34, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Sept. 25 on driving after revocation or suspension and speeding: 21-to-24 mph over 65 limit charges and a suspension of vehicle registration violation in Candia.

Gunner A. Wyman, 20, of Carmel, ME, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Sept. 24 on transport alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession-intoxication charges in North Hampton.

Franklin Rafael Soto Beltre, 22, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on Sept. 24 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges in Hampton.

Maria A. Umbarita Fuentes, 31, of Somersworth, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Sept. 23 on simple assault, criminal threatening, and resisting arrest or detention charges, as well as a pedestrian subject to traffic signs and regulations violation in Portsmouth.

Tristan Jay Allen Rush, 30, of Benton, ME, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Sept. 23 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device charges and an unregistered vehicle violation in Hampton Falls.

Nicole L. Lundrigan, 33, of Somersworth was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Sept. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation in Newington.

Jade Elizabeth Gagne, 20, of Grafton, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Sept. 29 on reckless operation, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges in Hooksett.

William Francis Fouhey, 43, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on Sept. 29 on a DUI charge and a lane control violation in Manchester.

Jared Andrew Martinez, 29, of Manchester was arrested on a reckless operation charge at 8:46 p.m. on Sept. 28 in Manchester.

Michael R. Younce, 54, of Farmington, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on Sept. 28 on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender, motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges in Manchester.

Luis R. Rivera Marrero, 44, of Goffstown, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:10 p.m. on Sept. 28 in Bedford.

Kyle Sullivan, 32, of North Andover, MA, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Sept. 27 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges as well as uninspected vehicle and unregistered vehicle violations in Salem.

Sean K. Sweeney, 56, of Lynn, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:59 a.m. on Sept. 26 as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, operating without a valid license, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges.

Ryan M. Sanborn, 38, of New Ipswich, was arrested on a warrant at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 24 on sale of a controlled drug, two possession of controlled drug charges, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer, conduct after an accident, and two criminal mischief charges in Bedford.

Emanuel Franco De Carvalho, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 29 on an operating without a valid license charge in Hooksett.

Rodney Wells, 44, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, was arrested on an operating without a valid license charge in Concord at 11:44 p.m. on Sept. 29.

Noah P. Bergeron, 27, of Keene, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Sept. 29 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and driving without giving proof charges as well as driver?s license prohibitions and suspension of vehicle registration violations in Bow.

Nichole Lynn Nash, 31, of Centralia, Washington, was arrested on a bench warrant in Concord at 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 29.

Starsea Louise Prue Deoss, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a DUI charge and a lane control violation in Concord.

Kyle William Lavallee, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on Sept. 27 on DUI, DUI-second offense, and speeding: existing conditions charges as well as stop signs; yield signs and open container violations in Concord.

Jennifer A. Mitchell, 52, of Andover, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Sept. 24 on a simple assault charge in Webster.

Steven Joseph Hamel, 37, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant in Bow at 3:27 a.m. on Sept. 24.

Charles Frederick Cutting, 38, of Rumney, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on Sept. 23 on disobeying an officer, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, domestic violence-false imprisonment, two reckless conduct-deadly weapon, three domestic violence-simple assault, and three second-degree assault-domestic violence charges in Concord.
