A Stolen Firearm Felon Is Wanted By New Hampshire Corrections

CONCORD, NH ? The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest a fugitive at large for about 14 months.

Eric Thomas Wojcik is 35, white, about 6 feet tall, and weighs around 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes and red-auburn hair. Wojcik has several tattoos including a completely covered chest, sleeves on both arms, and a clock and marijuana leaf on his right arm, according to investigators.

Wojcik was released on parole from the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in February 2023. The New Hampshire Parole Board issued a warrant for his arrest in June 2023.

?Wojcik?s underlying conviction is for three counts of accomplice to receiving stolen property related to the theft of firearms,? investigators said. ?Wojcik has a history of substance abuse and has a lengthy criminal history that includes assault and criminal threatening against a person under the age of 13.?

Wojcik is believed to be in the Claremont area, but he also has connections to residents in Hinsdale and in Brattleboro, Vermont.

According to superior court records, Wojcik was accused of criminal mischief and four felony counts of receiving stolen property-stolen firearm-criminal liability for the conduct of another in November 2017 out of Winchester.

In February 2019, he was accused of simple assault, threat, and strangulation charges in Winchester and was charged about a month later.

The stolen firearm charges were filed in May 2019.

Wojcik pleaded guilty to all the charges in July 2019 and received concurrent and suspended sentences and received credit for 142 days time served, and the ability to request later a six-month suspended sentence for one of the charges. Wojcik was also required to make a $1,500 restitution to the department of corrections. Three of the sentences were amended in February 2021, suspending the six-month minimum term of incarceration.

In November 2022, he was accused of possession-sale of a narcotic drug and conduct after an accident in Walpole. The case was filed in January 2023. In August of that year, he failed to appear at a dispositional conference, was charged with bail jumping, and has not been seen since. Wojcik was indicted on the charge on Aug. 28, 2023.
