There's Still Time To Make New Hampshire New Year's Eve Plans
Don't know what to do? There's First Night and comedy; wine and dinners; a cancer fundraiser and dancing, and presidential candidates, too.
CONCORD, NH — In a little more than 24 hours, the current snowstorm will be completed and it will be New Year's Eve. And, if you haven't figured out what you plan on doing to end the decade and ring in 2020, there's still time. Whether it is attending a fundraising, hanging out with a Democrat running for president, living like it's the late-1970s, or attending New Hampshire's only First Night event, there's plenty of things to do.
Here's a rundown:
The LaBelle Winery in Amherst is hosting A Night of Wishes New Year's Eve Dinner. The Averill House Vineyard in Brookline is also hosting a dinner and wine celebration. In Nashua and surrounding areas, there are a slew of bands playing. Bella Maria, who blogs for the Nashua NH Patch site, has all the details.

If you're in the Concord area, there's a bunch of things to do. Both the Concord Public Library and Presidential Oaks are hosting "Noon Year's Eve" events. The library will show kids how to make hats and noisemakers at 11 a.m. and will watch balloons drop; Presidential Oaks hosts a luncheon with fun and festive party favors.
During the evening, Tandy's Top Shelf is hosting a Roaring '20s Costume Party while the Grappone Conference Center will be celebrating "Midnight in Paris," a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The new Bank of New Hampshire Stage takes a step back in time – reliving the days of NYC's colorful and festive discotheque, Studio 54.

Over on the Seacoast, Pro Portsmouth is hosting its annual First Night celebration. If you're in the mood for some laughs, Live Free Or Die Laughing hosts its 11th Annual New Year's Eve comedy event, with two shows at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel. The Children's Museum of Dover is hosting a New Year's Eve Celebration beginning at 9 a.m., with a countdown at 11 a.m., and lots of family-friendly fun things to do.
Lastly, as happens every four years in New Hampshire, there are presidential candidates out and about, trying to get your votes. U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, and Andrew Yang all have events around the state Tuesday.
