Tilton Man Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Superior Court

Man indicted on strangulation charge; Laconia woman faces stolen property, drug charges; Concord residents indicted on possession charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

William May, 45, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 14, 2020, in Franklin.

Crystal M. Merchant, 37, of New Salem Street in Laconia on three felony receiving stolen property charges and a single felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth-subsequent. The charges stem from an incident on Sept. 30, 2020, in Franklin, involving stolen checks, keys, a driver's license, and other items. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Travis W. Miner, 27, of East Side Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug at; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 13, 2020, in Concord.

Steven Murphy, 33, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Aug. 18, and Sept. 13, 2020, he was accused of fraudulently processing cash refunds at Petco in Concord.

Erik Parker, 49, of Gusty Road in Tilton on possession of controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of the drugs on Jan. 11 in Franklin. Before, according to the indictment, Parker was previously convicted on drug charges in Belknap County Superior Court.

Elijah Pelletier, 31, of Karatzas in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 11, 2020, in Hooksett.

James M. Polito, 29, of Loudon Road in Concord on felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge after being accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Nov. 14, 2020.

Angel Smith, 41, homeless in Franklin on possession of buprenorphine, possession of methadone, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, on Nov. 24, 2020, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited.

William St. Cyr, 38, of Route 4 in Wilmot Flat was arrested on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 5, 2020, on Wilmot.

Mercedes Stengel, 40, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 28, 2020, on Hooksett.

Jesse Tripp, 30, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony possession of meth charge on Oct. 19, 2020, in Concord.

Jasper Tyler, 19, of Penwood Road in Mount Morris, Michigan, on a felony theft by deception charge. On Aug. 27, 2020, in Hooksett, he was accused of working in concert with Tyree Parker to try and use a false card to purchase items at Home Depot.

Gail Warren, 64, of Knowles Pond Road in Northfield on a felony willful concealment charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford in Franklin on Aug. 28, 2020.

Waldo Woodard, 31, of Wally Way in Newport on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 16, 2020, in Newbury.
