Tree Crushes Pick-Up Truck In Bow, Temporarily Closing Hall Street: Video

Blustery Halloween winds knocked down utility wires and a tree, which fell on a pickup truck on Friday afternoon.

BOW, NH ? A tree crushed a pickup truck on Hall Street on Friday afternoon.

Around 3:45 p.m., Capital Region Dispatch took a call about a tree falling on a pickup truck in the area of 516 Hall St. Wires were also down, according to the report.

The first arriving firefighters confirmed that a tree was down, blocking the road, and wires were down. The tree also fell on the truck, the fire commander said. Bow police and New Hampshire State Police also responded to the scene.

Around 4:15 p.m., one patient was examined but did not need care, and firefighters cleared.
