U.S. Marshals Seek Assistance Locating Woman With Bail Violation

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a woman wanted by Strafford County Superior Court accused of drug possession and a bail violation.

Megan Ann Morrison is 25, about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs 102 pounds. She has brown eyes and hair. Morrison, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy with the marshal's service, has many tattoos including a lotus flower on her right thigh-hip, an arrow on her arm, the words "when everything…" on her left arm, a heart and the letters "JHC" on her left hand, skulls and flowers on her left shoulder, a crescent moon on her wrist, the words "Dream as if you…" on her back, and "XIII XXIX XV" on her left wrist.

"Ms. Morrison is being sought on an arrest warrant after being charged with possession of fentanyl in Strafford County Superior Court," White said. "Morrison was placed on bail and entered the Strafford County Drug Court program. Ms. MORRISON has violated her bail conditions and a new warrant has been issued for her apprehension."

Morrison has ties to the Dover where she has family, friends, and associates, White added. The warrant against her was issued on May 6.

According to court records, Morrison was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and open container charges in Rochester in July 2017. She was charged with violation of probation or parole in November 2019 and February 2020. She was also arrested in September 2018 on two controlled drug and two fentanyl possession charges, all felonies, and a driving after revocation or suspension charge in Newington. She was accused of two felony drug possession charges in Kingston in May 2019. Morrison was arrested in Concord in January 2020 on a controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept charge to which she pleaded guilty in November 2020.
