VT Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Concord habitual offender indicted; Allenstown man indicted on lewdness, other charges; woman accused of recording audio inside Loudon home.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Brandon S. McCarthy, 28, of Heritage Drive in Allenstown on indecent exposure and lewdness and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of texting a girl and requesting she take a photo of another girl’s breasts in exchange for money on Oct. 28, 2022, in Allenstown.
Donna Rattee, 64, of Andrews Lane in East Kingston on a felony interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited. She was accused of using a Magnetic Google Camera to intercept communication inside a Loudon residence between Aug. 2, and Aug. 19, 2022.

Trevor P. Redman, 27, of Hall Road in Bristol on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 23, 2022, in Franklin.
Demi J. Roy, 25, of Rising Slopes Road in Bristol on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 23, 2022, in Franklin.

Charlene Vien, 48, of Johnson Road in Pittsfield on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on June 30, 2022, in Epsom.
Gary Bailey, 45, of Gage Street in Boscawen on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check for $1,275 to Bank of New Hampshire on the account of another person for payment when the check was not legitimate on April 21, 2022, in Concord.
Matthew Bell, 40, of Huse Road in Manchester on possession of methamphetamine and possession of a fentanyl and cocaine mix charges, both felonies, on Jan. 28 in Bow.
Lizandro Bonilla, 22, of Cilley Hill Road in Jericho, Vermont, on interference with custody, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of statutory rape of a child over 13 but under 16 between May 1, and May 31, 2021, and Oct. 31, and Nov. 1, 2022, in Franklin. Bonilla was also accused of taking the child to Vermont without parental consent between May 24, and May 25, 2022. Between Oct. 31, and Nov. 1, 2022, he was also accused of attempting to rape a second child in Franklin, who was physically helpless to resist due to her consumption of alcohol.
Lloyd Brown, 67, of New Hampton Road in Franklin on a felony possession with intent to distribute marijuana charge. He was accused of possessing more than 5 pounds of marijuana in Franklin on Jan. 18.
Calvin Butler, 30, of Boanza Drive in Concord was arrested on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Village Street in Penacook on Dec. 22, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
