Wilton Man Indicted In Concord Buried Body Case: Court Roundup

Plus: Hill man indicted on Interstate 93 gun threat charges; Pittsfield man indicted on gun threat charge against a woman; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH ? A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Frederick Estes IV, 28, of Penacook Street in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 28 in Concord.

David L. Fife, 34, of Range Road in Belmont, on possession of buprenorphine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, in Pittsfield on June 20.

Leo Flores, 35, of Prescott Road in Pittsfield, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at a woman while she attempted to drive by his house in Pittsfield on Aug. 5.

Christopher Gaudette, 44, of Horse Hill Road in Concord, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing or removing a baggie containing suspected drugs to impair an investigation by Hooksett police on April 20.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Stevens Drive in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Hooksett on April 9.

Owen P. Hannagan, 21, of Currier Road in Hill, on two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and two criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a Walther P22 handgun at occupied vehicles on Interstate 93 north on June 24 in Canterbury and Northfield and at an occupied vehicle parked on Park Street in Northfield on June 25.

Justin P. Hart, 25, of Elm Street in Northfield, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, charges, on March 30, 2023, in Hooksett.

Joseph C. Henriksen, 40, of Pleasant Lane in Warner, on five felony counts of theft by deception. According to the indictments, he created a false impression that he scanned items appropriately on Aug. 8, Oct. 22, Oct. 29, and Nov. 27, 2023, at Lowe?s on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, Henriksen has been convicted on theft charges.

Ryan Holton, 34, c/o Dale Street in Wilton, on two felony accomplice to falsifying physical evidence charges. He aided Todd Spataro in digging a hole and burying the body of Anthony Meunier at 58 Airport Road in Concord between Feb. 1, 2023, and June 1, to impair an investigation, according to the two indictments. Brycen R. Horne, 26, of High Street in Concord, on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Ford truck on Route 28 in Pittsfield on July 28 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in August 2023.

Christopher M. Hubbell, 34, of Wiley Hill Road in Londonderry, on a felony unauthorized use of propelled vehicle, valued at more than $1,500 charge. He was accused of using a Subaru Legacy owned by another person after agreeing to perform compensation for maintenance but not having permission to drive the vehicle.
