A warrant has been issued for the arrest of April Gardner, 33, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on burglary, criminal trespass, and two counts of criminal mischief. More charges may also be filed in the case.

Gardner was accused of being discovered by a woman hiding out in the basement of a home on Lamprey Lane, armed with a knife, on June 14, which led to a multi-hour search, with the Bow police K-9 unit, around West End of the city, while police searched for her in the North End and West Concord, too. During the incident, she was accused of threatening to return — stating she believed her children were in the home and she was looking for them. Gardner is also believed to be the same woman seen wandering through a number of backyards in the neighborhood in late May.
