40th Annual Ship Bottom Christmas Parade Saturday
Long Beach Boulevard will be closed for much of Saturday afternoon.

SHIP BOTTOM, NJ — The Ship Bottom Christmas Parade rolls through Long Beach Island this Saturday. The parade begins at 1 p.m., with marching bands, floats and antique vehicles traveling down Long Beach Boulevard.
The road will shut down at 12:30 p.m. The 40th annual Christmas parade is scheduled to end at 3 p.m. Use the provided detours if you're traveling north or south on LBI. The parade begins at 5th Street.
The event gives people the opportunity to cheer on local businesses, first responders and Santa Claus. Kids can bring their letters to Santa for a postal cancellation stamp.
