Barnegat: Our Gang Players To Perform 'Wizard Of Oz'

BARNEGAT, N.J. — Our Gang Players will perform "The Wizard of Oz" this weekend. Performances take place at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Bengal Auditorium in Barnegat High School (180 Bengal Blvd.).

The production is part of Our Gang Players' Junior division, featuring performers ages 5 to 15. Tickets cost $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and students and $12 for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased by calling Artistic Director Sherry Schnepp at 609-597-0553 or by visiting www.ourgang.org/tickets.

Our Gang Players is a nonprofit community theater of Southern Ocean County. The troupe has over 300 members and performs at Barnegat High School. Their first show took place in December 1977 at the Ethel Jacobsen School in Surf City. The organization is always open to new members.
