Big Barlow's BBQ In Barnegat Offering 3-Pound Burgers

BARNEGAT, NJ — Big Barlows BBQ & Catering is at it again with another crazy creation. Introducing, the Mighty Memphis Burger.

Chris Barlow's newest item features a one-pound hamburger, a pound of pulled pork, a half pound of bacon, frizzled onions, cheddar and beer cheese sauce.

Before settling on the Mighty Memphis Burger, Barlow asked customers to help him come up with a name. Here are a few ideas from the Facebook thread:

• The "Hold My Beer..." Burger - Stacy Cranmer
• The "Hot Mess" Burger - Madalyn Palmadesso
• The "Meat Sweats" - Lori Rivera
• The "BB Gutbuster Special" - Matt Maha

The burger is available on their app for preorder for Burger Friday and BBQ Saturday.

Barlow started his business in October, 2018. Big Barlow's started as a food truck at Manafirkin Brewing Company. Then Barlow opened a brick-and-mortar store on 21 S Main St.
