Christopher James Robert Mikajlo Dies At 34

Christopher James Robert Mikajlo, of Manahawkin died on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018 at his home. he was 34.

He was a lifelong resident of Toms River, NJ. Christopher graduated from Toms River High School East, then graduated from Rutgers with a degree in exercise science and then onto UMDNJ with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Christopher was predeceased by his father James Mikajlo; grandfathers James Mikajlo and Robert Williams; grandmother Anna Mikajlo; and aunt Theresa Mikajlo. He is survived by his mother, Valerie Mikajlo of Toms River, his fiancé Ashley Corbin, daughters Julianne and Carleigh, and his expected son in January; his daughter Lily and her mother Rain; his sister Brittany Mikajlo and her fiancee Joshua Stroker of Somers Point, NJ; his grandmother Theresa Williams of Mystic Islands, NJ; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday Sept. 5, 2018 at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 995 Fischer Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday Sept. 6, 2018 at St. Justin RC Church in Toms River, NJ. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Toms River.
