Coffee Bar Coming To Reynolds Garden Shop In Manahawkin

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Reynolds Garden Shop and Floral Market is adding a new coffee bar to their store in Manahawkin.

The store expects to open Café at Reynolds toward the end of March as the store’s garden center reopens.

“So many of our customers over the years said, ‘We loved strolling through the shop. All we need now is a nice cup of coffee,’” said owner Peg Reynolds. “So we heard it over and over, and finally we thought, ‘Well let's do it.’”

Reynolds’ son Luke is at the helm of the store’s new addition, building the café’s counter and sampling a variety of coffee beans to craft a signature blend.

The menu will offer hot and iced coffee beverages, nitro cold brew and kombucha drinks.

“We’re trying to make it like a little European coffee shop for our customers to enjoy,” Reynolds said.

The store is looking to hire baristas and people to work in their garden center this spring. Reynolds said interested candidates with any level of experience can apply online.

Reynolds Garden Shop and Floral Market is located at 201 E. Bay Ave in Manahawkin.
