Crash Causes Delays Near Route 72, Mermaid Drive In Stafford

A crash is causing heavy traffic delays in the area of Route 72 and Mermaid Drive, Stafford police said.

STAFFORD, NJ — A crash was causing heavy traffic delays in the area of Route 72 and Mermaid Drive on Tuesday evening, Stafford police said.

Police are urging motorists to take an alternate route and avoid the area.

The accident is currently under investigation, police said.
