Demi Lovato Show In AC Canceled After Overdose Reports
The 25-year-old singer reportedly overdosed on Tuesday and is recovering in a hospital.

ATLANTIC CITY - If you had tickets for Demi Lovato's July 26 performance at the Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series, unfortunately you're out of luck.
"Demi’s Atlantic City appearance on July 26th has been canceled in light of today’s news," a post on the BeachFest's website states.
Multiple news outlets, including CNN, say the singer overdosed on Tuesday and was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Neither the BeachFest website or Lovato's own website specifically mentions the overdose.

A source close to Lovato's family previously told CNN the singer's hospitalization was the result of an apparent drug overdose.
"Demi is awake and with her family, who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support," said the statement from Lovato's representative. "Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now."
