Edward J. Cozzi Of Barnegat Dies At 82

Edward J. Cozzi of Barnegat died on July 10, 2018. He was 82.

A U.S. Army veteran, he formerly resided in Clark, NJ. Edward was a member of The American Legion Post 232 in Barnegat; the BPOE Elks Lodge 2340 and the Italian American Club, both of Manahawkin.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Caren Hendrickson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Marie Cozzi; two loving children, Edward Cozzi and his wife Cheryl, Annette Cozzi; four cherished grandchildren, Victoria, Kristin, Olivia and Jason; and two cherished great grandchildren, Riley and Ryan.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18 at St. Mary's Church in Barnegat. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Barnegat Funeral Home; 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat.

Entombment of cremains with a committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at St. Gertrude Crucifixion Mausoleum, in Colonia, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
