BARNEGAT, NJ — Sit back, watch and listen for birds and wildlife at these free programs Friday at Barnegat's Cloverdale Farm County Park. Ocean County Parks & Recreation will hold two events Friday, July 12 at the park's Program Room.

The programs are good for people with limited mobility. Although some chairs will be set up, Ocean County Parks & Recreation says to bring a camp chair.

Arm Chair Birding takes place from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Sit in a chair on the back porch and watch the birds at their feeders. A naturalist will help identify the birds. The program is good for beginning birders.

Sights and Sounds runs from 8-9 p.m. Attendees will listen and watch for wildlife as the sun sets and the moon rises.

No registration is required for either event. The programs are good for people 8 and older.
