In the midst of recent events comes a ray of inspiration to many. Jem Glover of Barnegat is scheduled to premier on Nickelodeon in the fall of 2021. Jem had started dancing at an early age. Trying many hobbies, she later developed a love for singing and acting, despite having stage fright. Jem is currently a 10th grader homeschooling, and pursuing her passions in her spare time. Jem was part of the National American Miss Pageant in her earlier years. A few years later, getting a scholarship for vocal lessons from the Applaud our kids Foundation. Jem currently takes her lessons at the Ocean County Arts Center, and loves that it has helped in reaching for her goals. At the current time Jem continues her passion through virtual opportunities as much as possible. This 14 year old ray of light is scheduled to start out as an extra in the fall of 2021 on Nickelodeon, as scheduling was halted due to covid-19. She hopes to further her career to eventually be more than just an extra. Her mother Dawn Glover says since she was 2 she wanted to go to Hollywood. For now, Jem continues to pursue her dreams, at the best of her ability. In conclusion, there's always a little sunshine somewhere.
