Rite Aid In Barnegat To Offer Free Coronavirus Testing
The Rite Aid on West Bay Avenue in Barnegat will offer free drive-thru testing for the coronavirus beginning Friday.
BARNEGAT, NJ — The Rite Aid pharmacy at 895 West Bay Avenue in Barnegat is one of 38 New Jersey stores that will begin testing for coronavirus beginning Friday.
Free self-swab nasal tests are available at the new locations for anyone ages 4 and up, whether they are experiencing symptoms or not.
Patients are required to pre-register online to schedule a time slot for testing. Those aged 4-17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to get tested.

A parent or legal guardian also must be in attendance and bring their photo ID to the testing appointment with the minor.
Drive-up testing will be available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
