Shore Fire Grille To Reopen On Long Beach Island

SURF CITY, NJ — A local favorite will soon return. Shore Fire Grille will open its seasonal Surf City restuarant on Friday for takeout only.

Shore Fire Grille operated a Manahawkin restaurant that was open all year. They made the difficult decision to close it last December, four months after owner Timothy Kohlheim died in a crash.

Kohlheim, 36, was known for his work ethic and giving nature. Tim's Tribe and #LiveLikeTim began as initiatives to carry on his legacy of good deeds. Read more: A Manahawkin Restaurateur's Legacy And Endless Good Deeds
