Southern Regional Grad Ties Hartford Men's Lacrosse Record

Dylan Jinks got his Hartford men's lacrosse senior season off to a strong start. The Southern Regional grad tied a program record with eight goals Saturday against St. John's.

Jinks was named America East Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for his performance against St. John's. Jinks also added an assist for a game-best nine points in the 18-10 loss.

Six other players have registered eight-goal performances in Hawks history. But Jinks is the first to do it since Tracey Kelusky in 2000.

At Southern Regional, Jinks was a three-time Lacrosse All-American, combining for 252 points in his junior and senior seasons.
